ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in October 2025 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong culture and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable hands-on experience and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to create.
I attended the University of Arkansas and am a big Razorbacks football fan. I’m married with a son, and most of my family lives nearby, so staying connected to the community is important to me. We stay involved locally by participating in back-to-school events each July and August, and we have plans to expand our community involvement even more as we grow.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chandler Tolbert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
